Ship Management Company in the Philippines
The company was established in October 2012 as a company responsible for the management of bulk carriers. With offices in the same building as the group's manning companies, MMSPhil Maritime Services, Inc. and Multinational Maritime, Inc. to ensure close communication and efficiency in ship management. It was renamed as MMS Bulkship Management (Philippines), Inc. on 17 June 2020

Recruitment, Training and Dispatch of Seafarers
The company was established in 2003 as a service provider for car carriers and bulk carriers. The company is responsible for manning and training the world's largest number of Filipino seafarers in ocean-going shipping. In 2008, we opened a satellite office on Iloilo Island, Bainai Island in the West Visaya region of the Philippines, where we have been well received by our clients for our professionalism and loyalty.
About 15,000 seafarers live there, one of the three major sources of seafarers in the Philippines.

Recruitment, Training and Dispatch of Seafarers
Founded in June 1982, the predecessor company provides onboarding services to shipowners in Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan; it began taking equity stakes in 1998 and changed its name to MMS Phil Maritime Services, Inc. in 2004 after gaining a 100% share of the company. In 2005, we merged our training division with Multinational Maritime, Inc. to provide training for new trainees and various types of vessels under a unified standard.

Philippine Seafarer Management Company
In March 2013, it obtained its seafarer manning license and was established in November of the same year. We have received MLC2006 approval from the Philippines Overseas Employment Administration. We have also secured ISO9001:2008 approval from the Nippon Kaiji Kyokai (NK). It is positioned as an important base for higher quality seafarer management and smooth operations.

Operation of seafarer training facilities
It was established in January 2018 as a base for the recruitment and training of seafarers. Modern simulators (bridge, engine and ballast) will be introduced to train excellent seafarers who are fully equipped with maritime knowledge and skills.

Recruitment, Training and Dispatch of Seafarers
It was established in October 2001 as MMS Maritime Agency (India) Private Ltd. In 2007, MMS Maritime (India) Private Ltd. relocated its Mumbai office and changed its name to MMS Maritime (India) Private Ltd. in order to meet the high level requirements of charterers and shippers.
At the same time, we have opened a new base in New Delhi to secure and expand our seafarers. The Technical Support Center, which is composed of a dedicated and experienced captain and engine manager, supports and expands the ship management operations of the entire group, from monitoring and analysis of ship operations to ship inspections.
