Training Center

The Seafarer Training Center is operated by our local subsidiary in the Philippines, which is one of the bases for recruiting and training seafarers. The training center is equipped with a state-of-the-art bridge simulator, engine simulator and ballast simulator. Based on a field-based training program, we provide high-quality education and training for both domestic and international seafarers in the operation, engine and cargo handling of tankers, bulk carriers, chip carriers, car carriers and other vessels.
Through these efforts, we aim to further strengthen the quality of ship management by continuing to train and secure talented Filipino seafarers with sufficient maritime knowledge and skills.
We also actively provide training facilities to external seafarer education institutions, ship management companies and manning companies for seafarer training, and provide training tailored to their programs.
